The Chefs
Our first experience with food goes back to our school days: in the elementary canteen, between a dry meatball and a mysterious green sauce, we were already plotting the future of Tuscan cuisine.
From that plastic table and childish laughter was born a friendship that, over the years, became a true passion and a long adventure among stoves, markets, and steaming pots.
At twenty-two, we found ourselves side by side at Toshi’s trattoria, where Japanese aesthetics met Tuscan flavors. There we learned discipline, precision, and respect for ingredients — three lessons we still carry with us.
From Toshi also came our passion for knives: choosing the right blade, sharpening it, caring for it. A nearly ritual gesture that, for us, means respect for every ingredient and attention to every detail.
Since then, the journey has never stopped: Tuscan taverns, French bistros, luxury hotels, and Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy and abroad.
Today, after more than twenty years of different kitchens and experiences, we bring all of this into homes and the most beautiful venues in Tuscany, as private and personal chefs for events, villas, and families who want something authentic, refined, and a little out of the ordinary.
Together we are the balance between experience, passion, and friendship: the ingredients that make every one of our culinary experiences unique, genuine, and—if all goes as it should—unforgettable.
